ICOS is an international, multicenter observational study focusing on adult outpatients with COVID-19. Participants were followed for 28 days to better understand how the disease progresses over time. Follow-up was carried out on days 7, 14, and 28, either through phone calls or in-person visits, depending on the situation. The study was conducted in 15 countries, including Indonesia. In Indonesia, it was implemented at two hospitals: RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo in Jakarta and RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo in Makassar. A total of 355 participants were enrolled between November 6, 2020, and May 20, 2021.
